Good food and drink is a high priority in our lives. We strive to create culinary experiences that are good for us (health and pleasure) and for the world (environment and social). This means that there is little room for the agro-industral complex in our kitchen/bar/brewry! We look to support organic, local, independant and small producers.
Zymurgy, mixology, baking and cooking are our passions. We hope the fever will spread through this blog!

Thanks again for letting me stay with you guys last weekend. Thank you also for the delicious food you shared! I am very excited that you have a blog. I would love to follow some of your recipes. When and what will you post next???! Perhaps the cheesecake recipe? I can’t wait!
